Caleta is yummy. Run there, don’t walk. The service is great and recommended things I wouldn’t have usually ordered and I was blown away! They vibe is fun and the ice cream and sorbet options are so unique and all delicious. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

This hidden ice cream spot had some really unique and interesting flavors like a hochija caramel which I've never tasted anything like it before. Definitely recommend for different flavors from your usual ice cream spots.

Highlights:
Flavor selection was incredible. Shared a nice big cup for 8 dollars with two hefty scoops of toasted milk and blueberry cheesecake.
Ice cream was as others described - perfect consistency. Apparently the chef who created the recipe studied pastry technique for 11 years and it shows
Amazing location - take your scoops across the street to the park and ENJOY

Both matcha stracciatella and grilled peach & cream are delicious, but unfortunately they only do one flavor for a small cup. I got the matcha stracciatella, very creamy and not too sweet. It was also mixed with dark chocolate, delicious!

I never leave reviews but felt compelled to after visiting.. Caleta is one of those places that is perfect for any occasion. Grab some ice cream and eat it in the park, or enjoy some wine and mussel toast — I’ve also never had ice cream served at the perfect consistency before- it’s completely changed they way I eat ice cream. Plus the flavors they come up with are out of this world. Top it off with some bites and a glass of wine 🤌🏼 A new shop that has quickly become an east village staple. You won’t find a spot like this anywhere else.

This cozy bar is the best place to stop and take a break from the day over a little ice cream. With a menu of fun and innovative flavors, it was admittedly a tough choice - we went with the Basque Cheesecake are were not disappointed! The small size was just right for sharing, as the ice cream is rich and full of flavor. A must-visit for those with a sweet tooth!

Great ice cream! Love the flavors and esthetic. Sizing is interesting, and they only come in containers and not scoops. They also serve alcohol from what it looks like. Inside there is a bathroom. The cheesecake and banana flavors were great! There’s a window in the back to see them making the ice cream. Overall, I’ll say this is a great place to try!
