This Cold Stone Creamery shop seems somewhat smaller than the other franchise locations for this brand that I’ve been in. Though they have a wide selection of flavors, and the shop and serving area seemed clean and orderly, perhaps because it was one of the hotter days of the year, the shop itself and/or the “cold stone” was insufficiently cold, and the ice cream with mix-ins was quickly melting by the time the girl at the counter had finished combining the ingredients and served it to me.
However, the employees here seem to have a good attitude, as this shop appears to be a relatively positive place to work, and their enthusiasm “rubs off” on the customers. They actually have a song routine they treat you to when you put a dollar in the tip jar!
In addition to the ice cream with mix-ins that they are famous for, this Cold Stone Creamery location offers ice cream cakes and actually has a poster proclaiming a promotional offer similar to Baskin-Robbins’ famous “Birthday Club” wherein a child gets a free ice cream cone on his birthday if he is registered with the shop and/or company.
